چکیده

Exclusive measurements of twoand three-body events were performed for the system Sn+ ' Mo at 19.1 MeV/nucleon. Most ternary events are consistent with sequential processes in which one of the two deep-inelastic fragments fissions. For such events large diA'erences are found between the fission probabilities of projectilelike and targetlike fragments of a given mass, this probability being larger for the nucleus which gained nucleons. This behavior demonstrates that there is a lack of equilibrium at the end of the deep-inelastic collision.

Macroscopic quasimolecules in dissipative heavy-ion collisions

Long-range quasiperiodic correlations in fluctuating excitation functions of dissipative heavy-ion collisions are obtained from a pole representation for the S-matrix elements. The time power spectra of a decaying dinuclear system shows a time-orientation localization as if it rotates like a classical object. This allows one to interpret the correlations in terms of the formation of specific nu...

The effect of angular-momentum dissipation on fluctuations of excitation functions in heavy-ion collisions

We discuss here the effect of dissipation of relative angular momentum on fluctuations of excitation functions in dissipative heavy-ion collisions. Dissipation and fluctuation of relative angular momentum modify and smooth the time-angle localization of the rotating dinuclear system. The secondary maxima in the energy correlation function of the cross-section shift to smaller values of the ener...

Dilations‎, ‎models‎, ‎scattering and spectral problems of 1D discrete Hamiltonian systems

In this paper, the maximal dissipative extensions of a symmetric singular 1D discrete Hamiltonian operator with maximal deficiency indices (2,2) (in limit-circle cases at ±∞) and acting in the Hilbert space ℓ_{Ω}²(Z;C²) (Z:={0,±1,±2,...}) are considered. We consider two classes dissipative operators with separated boundary conditions both at -∞ and ∞. For each of these cases we establish a self...

Super operator Technique in Investigation of the Dynamics of a Two Non-Interacting Qubit System Coupled to a Thermal Reservoir

In this paper, we clarify the applicability of the super operator technique for describing the dissipative quantum dynamics of a system consists of two qubits coupled with a thermal bath at finite temperature. By using super operator technique, we solve the master equation and find the matrix elements of the density operator. Considering the qubits to be initially prepared in a general mixed st...

Correlated oscillations in the excitation functions of deep-inelastic collisions: evidence for nuclear pulsars?

Excitation functions for the strongly dissipative collision 19F (Elab = 135 − 140 MeV)+89Y with an energy step of 250 keV in the lab. system have been measured. The data are consistent with previous measurements and exhibit oscillations, which are interpreted as an indication of quantum chaotic phenomena in dissipative heavy-ion collisions. The Fourier component of the energy autocorrelation of...
